Colleen's Christmas Mules
My family has about 12309801238 Christmas Traditions, most of them started by my angelic mother but I’ve managed to start a few of my own. One being my Christmas Mule’s…a tradition unlike any other ;)
Each year after Christmas Mass while mom prepares a mouth watering ham dinner, dad wraps his last minute gifts, the girls change into their matching pajamas, Padraig shows off his latest dance moves (or lack there of), I craft the cocktails, and Katie video tapes the entire process. My job is very important as I set the tone for the rest of the night!
You’ll have to forgive me, I’m on my second mule and we’re about to eat so I’m cutting this blog post short and getting straight to the point. The recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Tito’s Vodka
Cock n’ Bull Ginger Beer
Limes
Fresh Rosemary
Cranberries
DIRECTIONS:
Fill your copper mugs with ice
Pour 1.5oz of Vodka, fill remainder of mug with ginger beer, squeeze a wedge of lime juice into each mug.
Garnish with rosemary sprig and cranberries, stir and enjoy!
