Pineapple Coconut Sweet Chili Shrimp

I have laid out an easy, do it yourself, dinner recipe for you to plan for your next date night!
INGREDIENTS:
Sauce
3 tablespoons coconut cream
3 tablespoons pineapple sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
Grilled Shrimp
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 slices pineapple, cut into ½ pieces
Skewers
Tea
- 4 packets of Celestial Peach Tea
- Half to a whole orange sliced
- 1 tablespoon stevia (if you want it sweeter)
DIRECTIONS:
1 | In a medium bowl mix together the Sauce ingredients.
2 | Toss shrimp in with sauce, save remaining sauce for later.
3 | Add shrimp and pinapple onto skewers, grill over medium heat. Brush remaining sauce on shrimp and enjoy!
